When will I receive me order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. For example if you place your order on the 1st of the month expect your order to arrive no later than the last week of the month.
Can I preview my image before i purchase?
Yes, while uploading your image you can preview image quality and even crop parts of the image if you need to.
What kind of photos can I upload?
Typically any image you have on your phone or computer will work. It doesnt matter who or what is in the photo. Your pendant will be made to our standard size. Keep this in mind with photos with multiple people.
How many people should be in the image I upload?
There is no limit to how many people can be in the photo. We recommend no more then 4 for a good looking pendant. However, there is no limited.
Does it have to be a photo of people?
Not at all, we can engrave any image, icon, logo or graphic that you want. Just upload the file and we'll do the rest!
Do I need to remove the background?
No, any image that you upload with a background will be automatically removed during our creation process.
How do I track my order?
After your order is submitted you will get a conformation. You'll also get an email once your order ships with a tracking number and any updates during delivery.
How do I care for my necklace/ pendant.
All of our pendant necklaces are crafted with 18k gold and stainless steel and are tarnish proof. This means you can get it wet and it can be worn regularly with tarnishing or fading out.
Is it water proof
Yes it is waterproof. However we do not recommend submerging it it water for any extending period of time. Swimming or showering is fine.
