Shipping and Returns

  • When will I receive me order?

    Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. For example if you place your order on the 1st of the month expect your order to arrive no later than the last week of the month.

  • What is your return policy?

    Due to the custom nature of our product we cannot accept returns.

    However, in the event of an item being damaged due to shipping, we can process returns and refunds if you choose the $1.50 shipping insurance when you place your order.

  • How do I track my order?

    After your order is submitted you will get a conformation. You'll also get an email once your order ships with a tracking number and any updates during delivery.

  • How will my item be shipped?

    We currently ship via USPS. Your pendant necklace will be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  • How do I care for my necklace/ pendant.

    All of our pendant necklaces are crafted with 18k gold and stainless steel and are tarnish proof. This means you can get it wet and it can be worn regularly with tarnishing or fading out.

  • Is the pendant necklace water proof?

    Yes it is waterproof. However we do not recommend submerging it it water for any extending period of time. Swimming or showering is fine.

  • How do I care for my necklace/ pendant.

  • Does it have to be a photo of people?

    Not at all, we can engrave any image, icon, logo or graphic that you want. Just upload the file and we'll do the rest!

  • Do I need to remove the background?

    No, any image that you upload with a background will be automatically removed during our creation process.

  • Can I preview my image before i purchase?

    Yes, while uploading your image you can preview image quality and even crop parts of the image if you need to.
